How it works
Fill in the job card at the bottom of the page: your tank size in litres, how many people use it, when it was last pumped and how close a truck can park. Tick any symptoms, such as smells, slow drains or a wet soakaway. We send it to honey sucker operators, drainage contractors or suppliers who work in your area, and they quote you directly. You compare and decide. It costs you nothing.

Getting septic quotes you can compare
Pump-out quotes differ in more than the price per load. Check how many litres are included, whether travel and the disposal fee are in the price, and what happens if the lid must be dug open or the hose must run more than 30 metres. Ask whether the operator checks the inlet and outlet and looks at the soakaway, and whether you get a disposal slip. For new systems, compare the tank size and material, the drainage design, who handles municipal approval and whether the price includes excavation, stone and backfill.
